They

The binary world's

A sham

Despite the highest wall

The mourning dove

Has one song

That it repeats

To the busy world

Behind the blue sky

A white sky

Always there

Waiting

To cross the Red Sea
You must enter it
Up to your neck

It's a floating world

Weightless

Lighter than a shadow

Whirled away with time

The distant echoes

Of memory, of self,

Buried in a gust of wind

Thansgiving:

Gratitude that we are created

To participate in the mystery

That includes us
